Do you save your fat quarters? scraps? I do!
I know someday I'll find use for them. There are so many things you can make with scraps, headbands, fabric flowers, brouches and as you can see Clutches and make-up bags.
I was really excited to find this tutorial and pattern at BHG by Amy Butler. She's one of my favorites and trust me I have long list of favorites, but I do love all her fabric and work. This project requires less than a yard of fabric, it's very elegant and above all, incredibly easy to make. I finished it in 30 minutes tops.
On the inside, I used a fabric with pattern to give it more interest and a snap closure for the flap.
This tiny beauty also makes a great gift for a sister or friend.
